THE CONSTITUTION
OF
"JUSTICE FOR ALL"
1).NAME OF THE ORGANISATION-
The name of the organisation will be " JUSTICE FOR ALL". We will call it Organisation ahead.
2).SLOGANS OF THE ORGANISATION-
The slogan of the Organisation is "FIGHT AGAINST INJUSTICE", "OUR MISSION CLEAN ADMINISTRATION" and "JAY HIND" is the salutation.
3).ADDRESS-
(A) The organisation will be world wide.
(B) The address of the organisation will be " www.facebook.com/justicebyforall " and " www.justicebyforall.blogspot.com " and complaints and suggestions of above the level of Mahapanchayat will be seen and solved at email- justicebyforall@gmail.com.
(C) Admin team will implement or solve complaints or suggestions after discussing in forum.
( D) Juridishury of the organisation at Garhakota - Rehli, Dist. Sagar (M.P.) and high court Jabalpur (M.P.) INDIA .
4).OBJECT-
The object of the Panchayat is to ensure honourable normal life style (appetite, thirst, decease, transportation, education and security facility ) of each Panch without discrimination.
5). THE OATH-
I promise to support the honourable normal life style and existence of every person without discrimination by mind, word and body and dutiful for the honour of the Nation and Panchyat.
6). CONSTRUCTION-
(A) The organisation will constitute a council (Panchayat) of around ten families inhabitant in the same street and neighbourhood.
(B) This kind of Panchayat of Ten families will set up in all the village or town.
(C) At every ten Panchayat an Organisation Centre Mahapanchayat will constitute.
(D) All the 10 Panchayat will be nearest in a Mahapanchayat.
7). MEMBERSHIP-
(A) Its total free of cost.
(B) The Panch will be constituted as a member of a family joined in a Panchayat.
(C) There is no need of all the members' name of the family joined in.
(D) Each family member of the family joined in Panchayat will be a Panch.
(E) There is no bond of age or sex of being a Panch.
(F) It will be necessary to a Panch to honour a senior Panch.
(G) Suggestions with logical reason and for the benefit of the organisation amended with the opinion of at least 80% vote.
(H) Any person of the world can be a member along with his family in this organisation.
8). FINANCE-
(A) The organisation will make no cash transaction.
(B) Every Panch will be a volunteer.
(C) He will expense himself for organisation.
(D) The Panch will be responsible himself for his every activity.
(E) All the apparatus and means are for volunteer use only of Panch's private property.
(F) For the help of organisation these are provided only.
(G) The Panch is free to use or let use the apparatus till he feels himself good.
(H) There is no bond for any thing except he promised.
(I) The Panch is expected to do as he promised.
10). WORK PLACE-
(A) The half of the next Panchayat area will be the work place of a Panchayat constituted with 10 family surrounded with street, ground, and road where they all live in.
(B) First constituted Panchayat will be honoured Panchayat area.
(C) This only to look after the situation of law and order and administration.
(D) This does not show the ownership.
(E) If require with the cooperation of other Panchayat it will expand to Village, town, Tehsil, Block, District, Division, States as well as National level. It will depend on the level of the problem.
11). ACTIVITY-
(A)The Senior and educated Panch will see the status of law and order and administration.
(B) Each Panch will keep watch at the activity of Government or Non government organisation responsibly.
(C) If the Panchayat found the activity of Government or Non government organisation anti-people or wrong will complain to competent authority or District Collector to resolve the matter.
(D) The organisation will avoid violence and demonstration.
(E) The organisation will not do, let not do or support to do any unethical or unlawful act.
11). MANAGEMENT-
(A) The Panchayat will be executed with 80% voting consent by the senior and educated Panch.
(B) Panchayat with the consent of the meeting shall be held at any place,
(C) Meeting of the Panchayat is inspired by the concept of general gathering of neighbourhood.
(D) In Proceedings of the meeting will not spend any kind.
(E) The panchayat has the same rights as all Panch but respect for the senior Panch is essential to all Panch.
(F)Panch will accept the decision of the Panchayat.
(G) All proceedings will be given priority to the organisation's purpose.
(H) The organisation will prioritise its purpose and its fulfilment will support the panchayats,
(I) 10 panchayats have been formed from a Mahapanchayat will manage the organisation's work and complaints.
(J) All Panch of the ten panchayats would be the member of Mahapanchayat and the honour of the seniors, special attention will be placed in administration.
(K) A volunteer will operate a computer with Internet in the office of Mahapanchayat.
(L) The volunteer will bear the expenses without crying.
(M) He will be login at 9 pm. to 10 pm daily to update in www.facebook.com/justicebyforall.
(N) These arrangements are optional, till on getting good and proper means.
12). PANCHAYAT ID-
The six digits of postal code and six digits of Panchayat will create the ID of Panchayat. eg. for the postal code 470229 the example 470229010001, 470229020012, and 470229130123 will show in first example the ID of postal code 470229 Mahapanchayat 01 and panchayat 0001, in second example the ID of postal code 470229 Mahapanchayat 12 and panchayat 0012, and in third example the ID of postal code 470229 Mahapanchayat 13 and panchayat 0123. and so on.
13). AMENDMENT IN CONSTITUTION-
The organisation is fully flexible, we welcome the suggestion to strengthen and wellness of the organisation. Logical amendment can be performed to strengthen and wellness of the organisation with consent.
14). DESOLATION OF THE ORGANISATION-
The organisation is selfdemonstrated, self powered and self made so all the people are responsible to operate themselves can be dissolved with consent.
